Kids Nite Out contact info?

I have searched the Disney site and can't find the contact info to schedule a Kids Nite Out. So I called the normal guest services number and they told me to call the resort at 407-939-7000. The lady there seemed to be reading info from the computer and said I don't need to make reservations, just ask when we check in? She didn't seem very educated about it or 100% sure of her answer.

Absolutely not. They recommend advance reservations and you can book up to 3 months in advance. Their number is on the website posted above this.
