Kids my age are addicted to crazy things, Im addicted to DISNEY (Updated Sept 07)

Ok so I have read a couple PTR and TR's so I have decided to journey into the teritory of writing my own.

Who:

Me: Julia (19)- I just graduated high school last year, I am working at a local resturant as a training coordinator,server,cashier and on the corporate training team. I have been to WDW 2 times but unfortunatly i dont remember most of it. I love doing the thing kids my age do, but I work alot so I dont always have time for fun.

ME

Jodi and Ronnie
Cousin: Jodi (28)- My cousin and partner in crime, lives 400 miles away in Arkansas. She is the person who came up with the idea of going to WDW, thats why I keep her in the family.

Jodi's Husbend: Ronnie(OLD)- Ronnie is Jodi's husbend, he is the father of their two kids Connor and Chloe(more on them later). He is a police officer and racecar fanatic.

Chloe & Connor
Cousin: Connor(8)- My mini partner in crime. He was the first born after me, was the baby in the family for a long time. He just got a cell phone and I noticed I dont have as many minutes as I used to getting all those phone calls. He is obsessed with Cars, Transformers, and of course shares Jodi and I's Disney love!!!

Cousin: Chloe(3)- As the baby in the family Chloe can do no wrong. It will be a trip to see how she does in the big awesome world of disney.
We ask her all the time what is her favorite part about disney world...."princesses"

Aunt Carrie and Steve-Jodi's mom and stepfather. They also live in Arkansas, and chose to come with us after we begged them to. .

When:
September 25-30th. I had originally tried to plan a trip to Orange Beach for August but I couldnt find anyone to go with me . So I mentioned to DJ(Darling Jodi) that I wanted to take a family trip. Well she said how about disney. Thats all she had to say. Haha then i thought about it and said "how much". We researched it and the value resorts were in our price range. So to pick which one we wanted we let the kids choose, DC loves woody and buzz so naturally thats the one he picked and Chloe well she just does anything that connor chooses. Connor will miss 3 days of school but we talk'ed to his teachers for next year and they said it was fine. She is a disney finatic so no trouble there . Finally we are staying at the ASMo with the Disney Dining Package. We missed the free dining by 5 days .But its ok, we wernt planning on it being free anyway.

How:
We booked this trip in Feb. So we had some time to bargin shop for plane tickets and to estimate the cost of driving. Im flying out of South Louisiana and the cousins are flying out of Memphis. SOOOO we had to look for two different flights. I found one flying out of Lafayette for close to 256$ which is good for that airport and booked it. The flight arrives in MCO at 10:01pm kinda late but I will still be able to work that day. The rest of the crew arrives @ MCO around 1:15, so they will be able to check in and get situated so when I arrive all is good.

The Master Plan so far is simple

wooosh that was alot. Hope I havnt bored you all, I did this while watching Law and Order SUV and Monsters Inc. So if i go a little off track Its all good.

Now I just posted my FIRST POST as a PTR. YAY. Im a little nervious,but everything will be ok(hoping)
To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a professional house sitter,server,kids club coordinator,server,hostess,bartender,training coordinator and last but not least babysitter. I am all for working hard and playing just as hard. I chose not to attend college after I was promoted at my job. I have traveled the country with the resturant chain that I work for and I absolutely LOVE my job. I open new resurants and get the training program for the resturant started.I have worked there since I was a junior in high school and have grown up working there.The people I work with are my second family. I live with my mother who as much as I love her cannot wait to get my own place. But as long as rents free and we can tolerate each other IM STAYING PUT. We got lucky and have a house on the bayou and love living out in the country. I have a awesome puppy that I adore.

She loves being able to run and play in the bayou. YES WE DO HAVE ALIGATORs.
I have wonderful best friends but they refuse to let me post pictures on here , they are my world!
As we have only 78 more days till our wonderful trip, I started buying everything I need,and a little that I dont . Now keep in mind that I am a budget fene. I will not spend money on anything unless it was on sale, it is a habit that sometimes I wish I didnt have, so most of this stuff was on sale.

I actually looked at the prices for N.O. and at the time the prices were about 195.00 and I compaired it with Lafayette's prices and decided that because im so young and LFT is close to my work that it would be worth the extra money to fly out of LFT. And I caught a whim and decided to just go ahead and book it LOL that way it would be final!

Oh they are so excited I talk'd to my cousin's today and told them about the new pins I bought from Disney online, and the oldest freaked out and said YAY Disney world!

I am so excited you are planning a trip next year to WDW after his deployment, it will be a MAJOR vacation! WARNING BARGIN SHOPPER


Ok so last night I was browsing Disneyshopping and I was looking at the pins, well they have been for sale for $4.99, well on the main page had a 40% off cupon so I used that and then FREE SHIPPING on wednesday wahoo!!!!! SO for three disney pins I paid 9.98 including tax. I was very proud of myself, and let all the people at work know. Well one of my good friend at work knows how much I LOVE DISNEY, has been lucky and has gone to WDW for the last 9 years in a row. She decided to surprise me with some of the resourt soap and shampoo. I was so happy with my soap with the micky ears that I almost cried.I gess its just the micky magic

Ok...SO its been awhile sience i've posted,been very busy.For the last two weeks I have been housesitting for a couple in my town while they were out of town. So I havnt had my laptop. But anyway on to the story about last night. I work as a bartender for private partys and last night my girls and I showed up at this house. Now I was raised with almost everything i wanted and went to a good school ect.... but this house was HUGE it held almost 300 people. I really saw how the rich people roll..LOL but it was so much fun I made "pims" all night, dont ask me what they are but they tasted ok... The party itself was fun, but rich snotty people ...not my thing. The things one will do for Disney money

I work for Buffalo Wild Wings in lafayette and they might be building a BWW in gonzales SOOO I will be over there for a couple weeks in the next few months

Hi there is a place on Hwy 30 with a sign that say's "WOW"
I think it said world of wings is that the same thing?
They have started building it.
They have the walls up!!

Do you know where the Tanger Mall is? off Hwy. 30?
You would get off at Exit Gonzales, St. Gabriel.
Then go left about a 1/2 mile on the left.

Nope im not the manager...i just travel to new stores to help get the servers and cashiers up to date and help them open. Wow is a different company, they have a couple over here in lafayette, i'll let you know where the new bww is going to be.....they have one in Baton rouge if you want to check it out

OK. So its been a crazy week, and I've got some updates, Disney and nonDis.
My mom and I have been renting this house for about 4 years now, and are really good friends with the owners and just have a great time out here in our little camp on the bayou. Well we decided that because I have been making more money and her job is going well that we were going to buy a house. After a couple weeks of thinking about it.....
we bought our house
Im 19 and the most I have ever spent on anything was my car!
Now its not very big, and its not the fancyest thing in the world.
But its perfect for the two of us and our puppy, we have worked hard to make it just right. And its bayou front property so, we've got a great view.

Photobucket is acting up so i will post more later...Just wanted to keep you informed !!!!

She works at Liborde And Neuner(spelling ) but she used to work at Liskow and Lewis... She does alot of volunteer work and stuff so she's always running around.

We see mostly small one's...before the hurricanes we saw alot more..but not so much now. Its so exciting to have a house that you can call your own that you have something to work towards making it exactly how you want it! We had a house in IL when we lived there...But it was my mom and step-dad's not mine..YAY 44 days! We've got 65 more days!!!!!!!!!
