Kids Mickey Ears Only in Parks?

Are Kids size Mickey Ears available in Resort Hotels shops? or only in the Park? Going to Chef Mickey and would like Mickey Ears for my DS1.

I know that I ordered the golden Mickey ears for my family and all I could order was adult sizes but it work out fine since both my kids have big heads.

I got my son's first ears in the gift shop at Pop Century. So they must sell them in resorts
