kids' meals for older kids

My 14-year-old loves grilled cheese, pizza, and PB&J, which often show up on the menus for 11-year-olds and under. How likely is it that we could get one of those things from a kids' menu for him at a place like, say, Akershus in the Norway Pavilion?

Our oldest 2 were 15 last year and they where able to order of childs menu. Places like Cinderella's Royal Table and 50 primtime cafe.
