Kids eat free card V play and eat card?

I was planning on buying a kids eat free card for my ds10. However, I now see there's a play and eat card for up to 4 people. We are a family of 4. This gives a % off total bill. But doesn't state what %. Anyone have any experience? Obviously I want whatever will save me the most

It varies from 10-25%, depending on the restaurant.

I haven't used it, but I did come across it when I first started to research Disney World.
