I am planning a family trip to FW and the parks for Oct 2016. I'm just realizing that the food and wine festival will be happening at that time. As much as I love hanging out with my kids, I also like alone time with my husband. We will be celebrating our 15th anniversary while there. Does anyone know of a Day camp or some sort of daycare at or near WDW that could occupy my 7 and 9 yo. while my honey and I get an afternoon to ourselves?

There is a kids club at the Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, Beach Club (or Yacht Club?) and Animal Kingdom Lodge. I've heard good things about them as a whole but especially good stuff about the Neverland Club at the Poly. We've never used it because by the time my DS was old enough to use them my parents had moved to Ft. Myers and usually come up and meet us for at least a few days and are more than happy to have some time with DS without us hovering :)

Here's a link to the Disney info on the clubs: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/recreation/childrens-activity-centers/

Thanks Kristin!:dogdance: That was just what I was looking for. I knew a post here would give a quick, insightful suggestion.

If anyone has experience with these kids clubs they would like to share, please chime in.

It's been a while but we used Simba's at Animal Kingdom Lodge and my daughter really loved it. Your children are a good age for it. They will give them dinner, like a kids meal, and they have activities and possibly a movie. The CM's were terrific with the children.
