Kid's CHicken Taco at Rancho del Zachalo ?????

Last time we went there. the kid's chicken taco was made with the Mickey chicken nuggets. Anyone know if they still do that?

When were you there last? We ate at Rancho regularly from July 07-July 08 (with AP's, we went a total of 14 times) and it was never done with Mickey nuggets...I never even saw Mickey nuggets. Ours were always done with shredded chicken...very yummy!

About a year and a half ago as we did WDW this past spring. DD won't eat the shredded stuff. We live in San Antonio and she only orders nachos or soft cheese tacos when we go out. Last time we at4e and Rancho, they tacos were a tortilla with 3 mickey nuggets and shredded cheese. She picked the nuggets off, ate them separately and then rolled up the tortilla for her cheese taco. I was hoping it was the old way. She doesn't eat beans and rice either. When she was younger, we would just get a box of fries from the wagon nearby and bring them over. Now that's not an option either! Of well!

We just ate there on Friday. My two older kids had the chicken tacos. They do have the shredded chicken (as well as lettuce and cheese).
I feel your pain about the picky kids! My older two are picky and would not have eaten the tacos a year ago. My five year old, who has autism, still has a very limited diet.
Anyway, we always grab chicken strips and fries from the Stagedoor Cafe and bring them over to Rancho for our picky kids! Hope this helps!

I was going to suggest chicken strips from Stagedoor too. They are so good!!! And they come with fries. No one at Rancho will care either. And picky kids, I have the winner.....she is so picky I'm quite surprised she actually eats the taco at Rancho! lol
