I'm almost thinking about just a case with a lanyard and letting them take the old iPhones. One is basically a brick at this point anyway and the other has a slightly cracked screen. If one/both actually did go missing it would probably still be less of a financial blow than purchasing new (even cheap) digital cameras. I just really really want to see the trip from their POV and give them their memories in photos, not just mine.
