How do you get your young kids to adjust to the time change? My DD (4) is not easy to get to bed. Her normal bedtime is 8pm and she has to be up around 6:30am on school days. On weekends, sleeping in for her is waking up by 7:30am at the latest. She doesn't nap.

Any suggestions or strategies?

I've heard that you should try to do things (dinner, bath, etc.) a half-hour earlier this week, so it's not quite as much of a jump all at once.

we came from the west coast over to Florida so it was three hours difference. I thought it was going to be bad so I made dinner ressies early thinking it would feel later in our bodies. But kids adapt much quicker then adults. My kids are young but we kept them up the night we flew in until there normal bed time hour but in Florida time. So an extra 3 hours. They were okay because we had just arrived in WDW! Then really everything fell in place after that. It was the coming home that was hardest. Good luck. It won't be as bad as you think. :)
