Hello, It is me Mickey-4-Me. Member since June 2006. 
I have forgotten my password and changed e-mail carriers (so my e-mail address changed from @comcast.net to @att.net). Needless to say, I have e-mailed an administrator and hoping to get that fixed soon. So.... I created an account in my husband's name and gave him the user name Minnie-4-Me, because I couldn't wait to post.
Major dilemma:
On January 16th, I received an e-mail that had a PIN for Kids 3-9, Stay, Play, and Dine for Free.
At the time, I wasn't planning a trip, but now I am in Disney withdrawal.
I called yesterday to use the code and they said it was valid through May 2, 2009. So, I priced a trip for me and my two sons.
Pop Century
Standard Room x 3 nights
arriving 4/27 and leaving 4/30/09
4 Day Base Ticket
+ Dining (1 TS, 1 CS, 1 Snack)
1 adult, 2 children (age 4, 8)
Total = $710.31
I priced the trip separately to see if the kids really were "free" and the package for me alone was also $710.31. The same package without using the code would be $1170.47. That is a savings of $460.16.
Sounds great right?
Okay, here's my dilemma.
I was planning a trip during the same time 04/27-04/30-09.
I was planning on using a room only rate of $68 at Pop Century = $230.00
10 free tickets (adult, PH) = free
and CS/Character meal eating budget of = $300.00
Total = $530.00
plus I also have to purchase airfare that is $610, if I bought it today through Southwest.
What would you do? Which would you choose?
