Kiddie Concierage at MK's Adventureland and/or Tomorrowland?

I remember reading after our summer trip about a Kiddie Concierage place in Adventureland and Tomorrowland. I think at the time it was a pilot program, but I wonder if it will be open when we are there in mid-March.

It was a room where they have a TV, some toys, and a place to color, kind of like the Baby Center room, but geared to preschoolers.

Is this still going on, and where exactly is it?
