Kidani request

we’ll be at Kidani in October 1BR with a savanna view. Our kids are disabled and we’ve requested Sunset Savanna, 2nd or 3rd floor, near the lobby. Good idea?

Sounds good to me. If you will be using the pool a lot we request near Rafiki elevator which is the second to the closest elevator bank near the lobby but takes you straight to the path by the pool.

Just be aware that Kidani's opinion of "near the lobby" may vary from yours. We'd made that request, and at check-in, DH emphasized that I have limited mobility so being near the lobby was VERY important. The CM assured DH that the room we'd been assigned was very near the lobby, meeting our needs. Well, it was in the fourth "pod"/section, maybe they thought it was near the lobby, but we didn't.
