I reserved a 2BR savannah view for October.

The reservation confirmation says it's dedicated.

I noticed somewhere that the number of dedicated is about half the number of lockoffs, and I would like to keep my dedicated. However, I would like to request Sunset Savannah, people here say there is more to see on this one. Anyone know how many dedicated are also Sunset view? Should I just be happy with dedicated and the smaller savannah if that's how it ends up? Just wondering.

I don't know how many are on each savanna but I do believe the dedicated 2BR's are throughout the building. I'd put in the sunset request and just recognize that if a room isn't there you'll be on the Pembe looking at Red River hogs and Okapi!

By requesting sunset savanna, you won't lose your dedicated reservation. You have a dedicated room no matter what because it is a guaranteed reservation. You can put in a request for sunset and may get it or may not. In other words you can lose your sunset request but you cannot lose your dedicated request There are dedicated 2BRs throughout the resort and most are on sunset savanna since 80% of all savanna view rooms overlook sunset.
