Kidani Grocery---wine?

anybody know where i can get some info about whether bottles of wine are available in lobby of Kidani and, if so, what they stock....?

more in Jambo?

If I recall correctly, they were mainly African vineyards. I bought a bottle of white for the room. It was pretty good.

We stayed in Kidani and know that they had some, but were impressed by the selection at Mara over in Jambo - and the prices weren't completely outrageous as well.

mara the counter service restaurant has bottles of wine to retail? who knew? who would've thunk it?!?!

Mara has a great selection and the gift shop at Jambo has a good selection as well. The prices honestly are not all that bad. There is also a gift shop at Animal Kingdom Park back by the safari ride ( I think ) that has a pretty good selection. They are mainly African wines. We're red drinkers, so I'm not sure of the white stock! Hope that helps....

We bought a bottle of Jam Jar (sweet shiraz) at Kidani. It cost over $40. When I got home I looked it up online and found it for $8-10. : I know they mark up alcohol, but yikes! It was really good though (and apparently I like cheap wine )

This past June we stayed at Kidani and were checking out the prices in the store.. A case of bottled water $16.00. Luckily we had a car to go to the market.
