Just had a look on the member website and our annual dues are now payable, working out at just under $3.26 per point.

Wow that is cheap, is that due to your contract being only a part year?

Yes, it's 245 days pro-rated because we bought in April last year with a June use year but the resort didn't actually open until this month. The full rate is just under $4.86 per point.
