We haven’t been to Disney in almost 10 yrs. Before when we went, they let our kids choose from a kids menu that I never saw posted - like chicken tenders and a burger, Mac n cheese.
My picky kids are now teens, but still won’t want to eat Ohana food or similar when we go. Do these restaurants still have that option? Do all restaurants have the option or are there some that don’t?
I’m only speaking about ones that don’t specifically mention “kids entrees” on their menu.

Ohana does offer a kids plate- which I believe is nuggets, fries, and maybe mac and cheese. If the kid is adult aged they'll charge the adult price, but I'm sure you can get it. I can't speak for other places, we've only had this at Ohana.

It varies and depends on availability. For example, Ohana is able to do this because they share a kitchen with Kona. I find that Disney restaurants try to be accommodating if they can though. My son didn't like anything on the Boatwright's menu last year and the server offered to bring him a plate of chicken tenders even though they weren't on the menu. I'm assuming they were able to do this because they got them from the food court.
