Hi there diser's this thread is 100% for me so that I can finally hold myself accountable for my actions and finally get back on track. I've fallen off the wagon so many times that half the time getting back on is the hardest part.

Why the dis? I've lurked for many years probably around 3 years now on the dis. I've read tons of trip reports and all the tips and tricks of the trade. I've also had the oppurtunity to go to disneyland earlier this year for the first time and with everything i learned from the dis it was a fabulous time and i wish i could go back.

Background info on me. I'm currently 22, going back to school part time to get a certificate in Medical office assisting and just got a part time job doing some data entry work. My days are going to be a lot shorter now and i've suddenly gotten a lot busier. Busy enough to forget to eat as much i hope!
In May of this year i decided to get back on the wagon and lose some weight and i succeeded in losing about 30 pounds those 2 month. Then i fell off the wagon the next couple of months and now it is september and i have gained 10 pounds back putting me at almost 200 pounds again, i'm more at 198 now but darnit i REFUSE to be over 200 again. My goal weight is hopefully going to be around 140ish by next year may. I really want to get down to about 155 by december. I feel fat all the time, i went to disneyland and stressed out about some rides thinking i was too fat for them but they were fine. I dont' want to live the rest of my life being the fat one, hiding in large sweaters and being scared to go kayaking or horsebackriding thinking i'll sink the boat or kill the horse. It's time to make a change!

My new regime is as follows, a light breakfast, work/studying/school - i'll bring a light snack (eg, crackers, cheese, watered down cranberry juice, bagels), and then come home to a nice fruit platter or salad. I can't drink/eat anything with aspartame or fake sugar in it as i get horrendous migraines.

And i'm going to try to exercise everyday, either going for a walk around campus before classes, walking around during break at work, video workouts, badminton.

I'm going to stick to this plan and if i do really good by next may i've already decided my reward. It's a BIG one but i need something huge to motivate me. I've been drooling over disney cruises the past couple of months, i've decided that if i lose all that weight by may i will go ahead and book a 2009 disney cruise! Depending on how much money i make as well, if i make enough my dream cruise is the 15 night transalantic cruise. But if i dont make enough for that i'm going to try for minimum the 4 night cruise. :goodvibes

And with that i leave you guys to go for a 30 minutes sweating it out with billy blanks. Today breakfast/lunch i overate but that is the last meal i will ever over eat. Dinner today will consist of grape tomatos, baby carrots, cheese and some crackers.
 
blah yesterday didn't end up being as great as a day as i had hoped. I was asked out by some friends pretty late and i had some noodles. Although lately i've noticed that i only eat till i'm full and that's usually about half of whatever i order. I guess i'm getting slowly used to smaller portions now.

Today there is no work but there is lots of studying planned, at least 4-5 hours of it and then i may go out later on in the day. I plan to do a bit of walking later. Food wise i'm going to have some oatmeal for breakfast, a tuna sandwhich for lunch and probably something light for dinner.

Yesterday was an Okay day, i didn't get to exercise much, ate some stuff i shouldn't off but overall it was okay.

Today i woke up kinda tired mostly because I knew that today I would have to go to school. I've gotten okay with the drive there but I'm still not a fan of it. This morning i had a pastry and some watermelon and cheese. Tonight for class i'm bringing ritz chips (personally these taste just like crackers) and an oatmeal cookie as well as plenty of cranberry juice watered down though.

I'm annoyed because i tried to put together this garment hanging rack and it just would not work. I gave up on it and now it's strewn all over the floor. I have a test tonight and i'm pretty prepared i think. I also got an email wanting to set up an interview as well, but i did just get a new job and honestly I doubt i'll be able to get it especially since the availbility that i'll give them will definatly stink. But if i do get that job i'll have 3 jobs and school and no time to eat. :lmao: so i guess with all the running/driving around and no time to eat i'll definatly lose all this weight! ;) but on the other hand i may die.:headache:

I weighed myself today i'm actually around 195 right now which is about 3 pounds less than i expected. Hoping to get to at least 190 by the end of this month, i've definatly been eating less but i've also been snacking more nowadays. Well i'm done griping, off to school and a very busy day ahead of me tomorrow!
 
Today i woke up and felt lighter, so i weighed myself and I'm currently at 190pounds!!! that's almost 8 pounds down! although i suspect most of it was water weight etc, but darnit i'm really happy!

Today is going to be a very busy day, I have work from 1-6pm and then 6:45-9:45 i have class. 45 minute commute and I have to stop by a building because of a classroom change. I do not have time for all that, nor do i have time for a real meal today.

This morning i'm having oatmeal, some crackers and jerky for snack tonight and i might buy a lean cuisine from work! lol they stock those in their vending machines. Yay!

No time for real exercise today but there will be lots of running around classrooms and at work.
 
Yay to eating less, but boo to snacking more. Darnit but i found these really good pumpkin seed snacks they are cubes and they really keep me full for awhile. I'm thinking of buying the almond ones when i get the chance too this weekend. Busy busy busy at work and school and friends and now i have an interview for another job tmr that may want me fulltime! :rolleyes: it's funny how when i was jobless i had no one wanting me and now that i have a job i've had 3 replies :headache: I do want this other job it would really help me in the financial sense as i do have a cruise to pay for :woohoo: well in a year! but I think keeping busy really helps with me and my weightloss. Today at work my stomch as grumbling but i didn't want to stop what i was doing to eat so i held out till dinner time! So i did not snack today at all.

I'm highly unmotivated to exercise though and i know that that is what is hurting me in the long run. I'm going to force myself to do a video tonight and tmr afternoon as well. This weekend will probably be bad as a lot of temptations, having a friend over and well that always leads to snacking.

I have great news!! I got hired on the spot for a call centre job i applied for! :cool1: Yay to steady income!! So now i have a full timejob, a part time job and part time school! My days went from 3 hr school days to 6 hour school/work days, to 11 work days and 15 hour schoo/work days. :lmao:

I actually planned out my meals around my day and will be eating 5 times a day now. The meals include a lot of nuts, protein, meal replacement bars, crackers, and for lunch i'll have an actual meal such as rice or a sandwhich and some fruit and veggies. Eating on the go is my new thing, but on the downside i don't have time to do any form of exercise now except for whatever i get from school and work. :headache:

Disney cruise line, 15 night panama canal repositioning cruise HERE I COME!!! :woohoo: I am definatly going to make enough money to do this now. I'm so excited!
 
Whew today I accomplished almost a good 60% chunk of my studying, all I have left is a quick review tmr for a test on tuesday, to type up and read my text for wednesday and review notes for thursday. All in all not bad. Tomorrow will be a busy day, 9am i have orientation for my new job followed by work doing data entry followed by 2 hours of volunteer work at a cat shelter. I'm going to be on the go between 8:40am - 8pm ish. And after all that I have a good 2 hours of studying before sleep. :eek:

Breakfast will be a bowl of cereal and milk, Lunch will be some pumpkin seeds and whatever the orientation place serves, and a luna bar till i get home for some dinner.

Today was a very busy day, 9-12:30 orientation, 1-6 work, 6-8 cleaning/feeding cats at the shelter. Today i had a luna bar and milk for breakfast, some pumpkin seeds, a snickers and ginger ale (bad of me to go to the vending machine at work), and some noodles and chicken and cauliflower for dinner. I've also finished my school assignment and plan on reviewing for the quiz tomorrow. As i type i'm getting ready to head out to save on to buy some luna bars, and cheese buns or something to eat on the go.

Tomorrow, 9-12:30 training job 1, 1-6 work job 2, 6:45-9:45 school and after that probably sleeping right after as i have work at 7am on wednesday and school and a possible quiz. I may die :headache:

The past couple days have been good, i haven't lost any weight that i can see, maybe 1 pound or so? My activity lvl sure has gone down, this weekend will be a really busy one 1 quiz, 1 midterm, and an assignment is due next week. And i only have the weekend to study for all three. Next week i start work at 6am which is an hour earlier than i've been doing. Work has been realy fun lately, getting to know people now and really enjoying myself. School is getting harder but on the other hand i am also starting to get to know people as well.

This past week i've been eating pretty much bread and beef jerky and snacks and granola bars. Haven't really counted the calories and i bet that's why i'm not really losing weight. When i'm free this weekend i'm going to calculate out a plan with about a 1300 cals per day intake and try that for a week.

Off to work. :cool1:
 
Stopping in to say that i've been sick and it has been so tiring to go to two jobs while being sick and trying to study for midterms at the same time. Though yesterday because of sinus headaches i barely ate anything at lunch but that doesn't count as being on a diet i don't think. Eating healthy but i'm still tempted to buy junk sometimes. I joined the No buy october challenge as well as it'll be my first month ever of savings and budgeting for the future.

Midterm today 40% of my mark and i'm very ill prepared. :headache:

Hope that mid-term went well! I have a hard time concentraing when I'm sick!!!
