DD and I did the 8:00am tour yesterday. Was a lot of fun!
our guide was Rae. She just celebrated her 24th Disney anniversary the day before. Has been lots of “friends” to character and in different parks. Is a self proclaimed Disney nerd and was so much fun!

highlights were walking through the group of people waiting to rope drop adventure land and being only ones there. Saw the tiki room show.
Getting to see parade floats up close.
seeing the utilidors and got a few face character sightings.
Lunch at Pecos bill was good (got our gift there).
Rae had so much Disney history to share, wished we had more time with her. Got a couple breaks to sit and bio breaks along the way.
If you want to learn more about Disney and the MK it’s a great tour to take.

You're very lucky. Rae is an amazing CM going through a lot of personal health issues, she continues to bring the magic beyond all that. Glad you enjoyed the tour, I've done it 3 times and still learn something new

@yulilin3 Rae shared them with us. She is so amazing.
We have a mutual friends. LovesTink. Got to see Michelle, Joe and Johnathon last night.

Thanks for the report, we're doing this tour in 3 weeks and are so excited!

Besides the Tiki Room, which other attractions did you visit?

What was the gift at lunch?

Thanks!

I have done the Keys to the Kingdom tour 4 times! As you can tell - I love it. ;) Am planning to do it again this year too (as each niece/nephew turn 16, it is their right of passage ;) ) I learn new or different information each time I take a tour.

In all of my tours though, we did the Jungle Cruise & the Haunted Mansion.

We had Pecos Bill in 2018 - but all the others were in Columbia Harbour House. I like Columbia so much better.

Glad you had a great experience!

I am so glad to hear the great reviews on this tour! I just booked it as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. I do have a question that maybe you can answer for me. Seeing that the tour is a gift to them I also want to cover the tip for them to give to the CM doing the tour. Do tour guides accept tips?

I believe i have read that they will say no at first but if offered repeat times they will accept.

You have a little pouch that your headset goes in. Saw a few people, and us put $ in that.
