Keys to the Kingdom Tour-- level of difficulty?

My folks are coming with us and they would really like to take this tour. I am hoping someone has a recent experience they can share. I know it is a walking tour, but I am wondering if there is seating along the way, if there are many stairs involved, and in general how difficult the tour is. Would wheelchairs be welcome if we decide one is needed?Thanks in advance for any recent info.

1) Not really good for seating, as you have to keep moving along with the Tour Guide to keep on-schedule.
2) Very few stairs, but lots of walking - there are elevators when necessary.
4) Wheelchairs and ECV's are permitted.

We took this tour last year, and I used my ECV with no problems. The only time we had an accommodation was when we went down into the Utilidors, the group took the stairs while I was escorted down in the elevator. And it's a super tour!

It is a lot of walking and standing with no where to sit. There were a number of tight corridors and such where it was challenging for scooter drivers to get through. There were times where the people had to transfer or stay behind--like we walked into exit areas of rides and we took stairs in at least one place where the elevator was far away and those people missed a section of the tour twice in 2 of the most interesting back stage areas. The tour varies a tiny a bit based on crowds and routing around the other tour groups. The party with the scooter arrived extremely late and disrupted the tour a few times so I think the guide was less inclined to do their best to get them ideally situated but then again we also ran behind because of that group of people so the guide had little choice about going on before they caught up.
