Key West Express out of Ft. Myers anyone?

Looking for opinions or your personal experience using the Key West Express. I though I'd seen other posts on these boards about it...but can't seem to locate it. It seems expensive $145/person round trip from Ft. Myers. Do you know of any discounts out there? I would appreciate any help you can give on this one!

We have not taken it but know many who have. Once in awhile it gets postponed due to weather but not often.
The going price in the local Newspress paper is $119. There are coupons in the major tourist books in all the hotels. I think it might be in that local entertainment book also.

Have taken a ride to the Keys with them and was very happy. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, good experience. Cash only at the snack bar, and high prices , but that is expected!

I rode with them when I was expecting my 2nd yongest about 3 1/2 years ago. I would ride them again

Funny story: a storm rolled in on the way back and it was fairly bumpy.... Entertainmet? Pirates of the Carribean. it was very funny to me, mom and my sister
