I have My Kaps and love them. It took me a long time and trial and error to get it right but once I did every cup turns out perfectly. The tricks are:
1. Do NOT press the lid down too tightly. I was pushing way too hard and they would leak and I'd get tons of grounds and weak coffee.
2. Buy a small plastic maybe a 1mm, washer at Lowes, super glue it above the washer on top directly to the machine, and then put the normal rubbery gasket on. This ensures a tighter seal and still works with regular k cups. I was nervous super glueing something to my keurig, but it worked.
You can also make your own filters using half of a melitta #2 cone filters and follow the folding directions on their site if you don't want to resuse the filters.
Before I figured out the tricks I was going to send them back.
