Believe it or not..I did not even apply for this job..I was found by a staffing agency through HotJobs...She said a LOT of companies do this..the job was never posted to a job board.

Best advice, register with HotJobs..CareerBuilder, Monster...and UPDATE them every 30 days..also check local staffing agency's..I was out of work for 1 yr..and I was basically applying for anything and everything..hoping something would stick, and I ended up with a job I did not even apply for..

Thanks for responding. My DH is registered with all the job search sites. He's had 3 calls so far and they've all been recruiters who found his resume posted. No jobs came out of those yet. He's probably responded to hundreds of actual job postings so far with no response. I'm sure it will happen sooner or later!
