And I loved every second of it. She is just so sweet. Didn't do too much but feed her, change her diaper, rock her, and then start the whole process over again! As soon as we get one of her "good" pictures back I will have Dan help me post it. She has had three formal pictures done. One at Walmart, one at a portrait studio, and then I took her to the daycare today where I work as today was picture day! DD signed up at the portrait place to have one done every two or three months. She said they were just so good! Just wanted to tell people that I had a great day with my little one!

Boots, might this be your first grandchild? LOL They are the dessert of life IMHO.

My oldest grandchild will be 13 this year and he calls me several times a day sometimes. He is a great blessing to me as are the rest of my grandkids.

When pressed as to which one is my favorite I tell them - the one I am with. As they have several grandparents, lucky children, they are free to say the same to me.

Enjoy each moment. I know you will.
