I wasn't sure if I should post this here or not, but the main dilemma involves a restaurant, so I'll go with here. I have a 11:30 lunch reservation at Le Cellier for Dec. 30. This was supposed to be one of our Epcot days, but since the reservation was made, it has turned into a DHS day. (We'll be spending all day New Year's Eve in Epcot as that is where we want to watch fireworks that night, and also have a few hours in Epcot a couple other days as well.) We have park hoppers, so my question is: Should we go to DHS at rope drop, stay there until about 10:30, head over to Epcot, eat, then go back to DHS for the rest of the day? BF really wants to spend a lot of time at DHS, and we won't have time any other day. Or should we just cancel the lunch at Le Cellier? I've never been there before, and really want to eat there, and feel very lucky to have a reservation as we just booked our ADR's last week (this is a last minute trip). There are NO other open reservations for Le Cellier while we are there.
If we do leave, we'll probably take the bus to Epcot or walk, so I'm thinking anywhere from 20-30 minutes traveling time. But, should I even leave DHS and risk not being able to get back in? Is DHS likely to close to capacity the day before New Year's Eve? So many variables in the decision!
What would you do?
