Hello,
I am looking for a way to make Kaki Gori at home! Looks like all the snow cone makers they sell just make the small ice pellets, not the smooth, snow-like ice for the Kaki Gori...

Thanks!!!

I would try an Asian market if you have one near you for a shaved ice machine. They have manual ones that are pretty inexpensive as well as the syrup.

I bought a "NINJA" at Kohls and love it. It turns ice cubes into snow.
I make my margaritas at home that are almost as good as the ones in Mexico, without the wonderful fireworks.
I have the older version of the Ninja but I bought one for a friend for Christmas. His has 3 different types of bowls, mine only has the mixer and the chopper bowls.
If you are looking for syrup try this site:http://www.thefloridawinery.com/wine-freeze.html
I get it when I go to Florida at the wine store at John's Pass. I mix it with wine for myself and my grandson loves it with just the ice and syrup.
