I really don't know why kaiser has gone with this most recent campaign. I'm not shopping for healthcare right now, but everytime I hear one of the spots or see it on TV, I pretty much feel like a fat slob who can't take care of herself.
For thos who are not famillier with the marketing campaign, it says things like "we believe in green beans" or "couches and tvs are evil. limit your stay, or if you need to sit, get on an excercise bike." (or something to that effect)
Now, I am not in the best shape of my life (well, maybe the best circle--right, round is a shape?) and I, certainly could spend more time on the bike and less on the couch, but really. Is making me feel bad about myself the best way to sell your product. Like I'm going to volunteer to go see a doctor who thinks I'm a beached manatee?
Anyway, most people probably don't see the ads--it might be a CA thing--but I'll generalize. Does guilt work? Does it really sell?

Perhaps they should pay you for free advertising.
and here are easy steps to get you started". Maybe less of a guilt trip and more of a way to show simple ways to be healthy without having to join Golds Gym for a bazillion dollars and buy every diet pill know to man. But thats just my thoughts
