Has anyone had him before?

We had him - temporarily! Justin is the head of the FTW dept (or at least, he was back in 2002 when we were planning our wedding). When our EM left (about 6 months before our wedding) Justin was assigned as our temporary EM. He was only our EM for 1-2 weeks before we were assigned a replacement. (We never even spoke to or emailed him as it was so early in the planning!) So you may want to check and see if he'll be your EM for the duration or if it's only temporary.

we had Justin until two days before our wedding. This was last weekend. Then was assigned Diane 2 day before our wedding. All we were told was he went out on a 2 week medical leave. We dont know anything else about it. We hope it is nothing serious he is a very nice man. But one sugguestion is to Go over everything two three even four times to make sure he has everything straight. I would call and make sure he is coming back.

We were assigned to Justin and never got as much as an email from him. We just came from our planning session this weekend. We met with Diane and we were told that she would be handling it. We are very pleased so far with Diane she is very nice..

Thanks everyone for your input. We met Justin for our PS already and we are now assigned (temporarily ??) assigned to someone else. Hope he'll be okay

Although Justin has the call back problem I am sure he got everything together for Diane. Plus he does take care of you for your aggravation. just keep calling

I talked to Diane today and she said he will be back in a week and a half

Diane was great. She became our EM 2 days before our wedding and handled everything like she was working on it the entire time. You are lucky to have her.
