I purchased clothes for my daughters a week ago at full price. Now everything is 40% off! If I go back with the printed coupon, will they give me a price adjustment? To get to the store is over an hour drive and customer service isn't available currently so I am wondering if anyone knows the answer before I hit submit on my online order. Thanks!

(I was going to order online and return the items I bought at the store for a refund, but I can't find the same exact clothes online, so I was just going to buy different outfits and return the non-sale items when I'm down that way again)

I just found online that they'll do it within 14 days of purchase, with receipt and coupon. Now I just need to see if buying differnt items online would be cheaper.

If you are interested in it I've got an extra JBuck you can use online for $25 off $50. Not sure if this will help or not. It can't be used with a coupon though.

I'm going this weekend. can a jbuck be sent through e-mail? If so I'm interested

You can take it back and get the difference. Even if it's over 14 days you can return everything nad re-purchase it. It you sign up for their emails you will get them almost DAILY and never have to pay full price for anything. :goodvibes

Also, shipping is outrageous on their website. At least to Cali.

my nephew bought my dd a pair of jeans, a tank top and a long sleeve top. I think he bought it Saturday 12/4. Well dd want to exchange one top for something else(short sleeve) . I have the gift recipet. My nephew doesnt use coupons and would pay full price . So if he paid full price would they do a price adjustment on the all the items and give dd the credit so she can buy something else even though she's keeping the jeans and 1 top???? Seriously though I'm hoping he got everything on sale for 40% because justice stuff is pricey especially the jeans.

I shop Justice all the time and never pay full price because at least half of the time if not more they are either running the 40% off sale or it is J Bucks or Fun cards time. Sign up for their email updates and you can keep up to date or just periodically check their website. When you purchased your items they should have asked for your home number this will put you on their mailing list and you will get coupons and catalogs in the mail.

NO they will just give her credit on what she wants to return and if you have the gift receipt she should receive a credit for the amount he paid.

I was there yesterday and it wasnt 40% off. I used my Jbucks which expire on the 13th.. Im waiting to see if they will do the $15 off ones when the store is 40% again like they did in august..

I have a code for 40% if you want it. I can email it to you and you can just print it out if you want.

Make sure you sign up for their email mailing list. They send out 40% coupons all the time. I think I have gotten one every day since Thanksgiving. I don't remember ever paying full price for items at Justice... and with three girls we shop there a lot!

Really? I hate to say it, but you are the only person I've ever heard who payed full price for Justice - their clothes are either 40%, or there is a 40% off coupon, like 28 days out of each month. Return the clothes (actually, my mom made this mistake, too, and she returned everything after I set her straight).

I actually wish that Justice would just drop their prices to 40% off rather than me having to look for the coupon or wait until one is out...

I guess they do have people who pay full price - if you don't know how often they run the coupons then I could see being there and just paying full price

no thank you. I used my Jbucks.:thumbsup2 You cannot combine the 40% with them. So all in all a good day $100 total for $50.
