Just won $200 Disney Gift Certificate at DVC GF Premiere

Well - this added another level of excitement to the vacation. We signed up to see a DVC presentation of the grand opening of the new Grand Floridian DVC Resort which opens tomorrow. We went to the 9:00 am presentation..

Went to an hour presentation at the Grand Floridian and had a great breakfast, and then got to tour the new villas. We won the raffle for $200 Disney Gift card so that was really cool.

The New DVC Villas at GF are spectacular...wow. We got to see a studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and Grand Villa. The Grand Villa is nothing short of stunning if I do say so. And the TV in the mirrors of the bathroom was very cool.

A little pixie dust sprinkled on our vacation!!!

When BLT opened they had an Open House every afternoon. They had one two-bedroom lock-off villa open for guests to visit. That enabled them to see a studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom unit. They did not have a Grand Villa open for viewing.

I would bet they would do something similar at the VGF. Check at the DVC desk in the Grand Floridian lobby. The BLT open house was from 2-4 every afternoon.

I thought they did a great job, I was not expecting such a nice breakfast buffet to boot! The rooms were really gorgeous, and very classy, from the paint to the furnishings, really impressed.

I thought our guide Nicole was really good as well, thought I would drop DVC a line to say what a good job she did.

The only bummer is I cant afford to add on at this time. With a new DVC at the Polynesian coming next, they really made the MK area accessible for members finally! Hoping we can stay in one of the three at some point in the future.
