Just watched the Portofino on the Travel Channel...

although I found the show hostess just a little too perky,
The show was terrific. The presidential suite was amazing!

I saw it too! It almost made me want to switch my reservation from the Hard Rock to the Portofino, but we had such a fantastic stay last year at the Hard Rock that we are going again this year - 3 more weeks, can't wait. My kids absolutely love The Hard rock Hotel, and so do I! Maybe next time I'll spend a night at all 3 Universal hotels.

The show is called Great Hotels and the Portofino is on the schedule again 3/25 @11:30 am - also GF and AKL on 3/11 and 3/13; Y&BC 3/19 and 3/21. You can find the schedule on Discovery.com - go to travel channel - Great Hotels.
