Its so nice to see so many of our US friends posting here, shame about the cause. We are all extremely grateful over here as well for a job well done, and I think everyone is going to willingly comply with all new regulations in place. I work in travel and yesterday really brought home how fragile the industry is. I really cannot get into my head why anybody would want to do this, I agree that they shouldn't call themselves British.

I don't consider them to be "British" anymore than I considered Timothy McVeigh to be an "American." When you turn your back on your country and your countrymen, with the intent to do this kind of harm (McVeigh of course accomplished his goal), you lose that right and privilege.

No one who intends to harm or dishonor any country should call himself or herself a citizen of that country. Those terrorists are not British in my opinion no matter where they were born.

I was due to fly on 9/12 going home from our WDW vacation, so I know how hard it is when unexpected delays and cancellations take place.

I've been having nightmares about this and everytime I hear a plane flying over me, I think it's going to blow up and fall from the sky. To think that this would have actually been happening sends shivers down my spine. It's unbelievable.

I thank God that these maniacs were stopped and I'm so grateful to those responsible for catching them. It's not the end though is it? It will never end. I'm sure they are out to achieve something bigger than 9/11. It's so scary.

We all need to be more alert and keep an eye on what's going on around us.... it's up to everyone to stop these maniacs not just the police, MI5 etc..
