Just Turned 21, Just Engaged, Just Married! A Trip FULL of Reasons to Celebrate!!

To follow the lead of my two lovely trip partners, OMGGGGGGGGGGG WE ARE DOWN TO TWO WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS TRIP IS SERIOUSLY ALL I CAN FRIGGEN THINK ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! I'm so happy!! I'm like obsessing about it...we're dreaming about it...we are so close! I have only NINE days of work left (Thank you Memorial Day!!) AHHH and then we finally get to meet!! Would you be completely embarrassed if I tried to make a big scene (if I saw you first) and pretended you were a celebrity and then I was like "OMG....IT'S KRISTEN!!" and started running at you?? hahahaha okay I don't think I would really do that (well that depends on how long you were at the parks while Lauren and I were at the pool...bar. )

Okay I'm just so excited!! I'm like freaking out! I can't focus on anything else!! Remember how far it was?? And now it's almost here!! All of our plans and dreams will finally come to pass. I've been waiting for this for so long! I cannot wait for the memories we will be making!

WE ONLY HAVE TWO MORE WEEKS UNTIL WE'RE IN DISNEY WORLD!

Oh man, I reallyyyyyy hope to see that Chris and/or Kimmy get picked for something! My dad always tries so hard to get picked for things...like at 50's PTC, he instigates things on purpose. I'm the opposite, I LOVE to see people I know get picked for things but I'm that one in the crowd trying reallyyyyy hard not to be noticed!

That would be AMAZING! Can you imagine all the crazy details they would put in there?!

Lol I'm SUCH an instigator around Disney!! I love it! And I try so hard to get picked for everything...I'm such a freak. But I have fun!! I bet my son will be just like you, he is pretty shy! I can only imagine how much my trying to get picked for everything will embarrass him as he grows up! I can't wait!!

I'm glad we see eye to eye on the secret ToT room. I think they need to get on that. Did you see pics of Lurky Loo's anniversary dinner there?

Alright, let's get a little trip update going here, shall we? Kimmy has a really busy two weeks coming up so hopefully it will fly for her! I start a summer class on Tuesday that finishes the day we leave for WDW. That plus work will hopefully keep me busy. And Lauren, well Lauren has two children under the age of 4...enough said! We will hope these two weeks will fly for her too! I will tell you that all three of us have not stopped thinking about this trip!! It's on our minds 24/7...literally, just ask Kimmy about the crazy WDW dreams she has Anyway, we figure we will share some park plans with everyone to get through the next two weeks. Here are Day 1 (for Chris and I) and Day 2:

Kristen is completely right...Disney has completely been on our brains!! I literally dream about Disney EVERY SINGLE NIGHT and they are so crazy!

Two nights ago, Lauren and I were trying so hard to park in the GF. All the parking spots were reserved for valet, except for like a mile away, so we resorted to just using valet, but we were so made about it, we were like "we are so NOT going to tip them. That'd be like saying 'Oh you're so smart for reserving all the parking for yourselves...here's some money'!" hahaha! So random!

Then last night night, I was at the Wilderness Lodge by myself and there was this huge area set up for a wedding and naturally, a wedding dress sitting right next to it. So what do I do? I throw it on and walk down the aisle. it was way too big for me, but still fun. Then there are all these wooden sculptures that were painted all cool and the artist who did them came and talked to me! Then...the parrot one came to life! I kept trying to get a picture of it, but my camera wouldn't work! It was sad. Then I talk to the lady and find out that her kids carve them, she sands them and paints them? Lol it was nuts!!

I do have a LOT going on in the next 2 weeks to hopefully make it go by faster. Tomorrow, Landon and I have a birthday party to go to and then at night, one of my friends whose in the Marines will be in town so we'll be getting together! Then work, work, work. Then next Saturday, my football team is having a bbq! Then after that, it's Memorial Day. Then on that Thursday is my football team's first game of the summer season! WOOHOO!!! (I'll try to get pics so you guys can see me in action. Or you can just watch ESPN for the highlights. kidding...) Then 2 days later...I'm on my way to Disney! WOOHOOO!!

LOL Kimmy I have the Disney dreams too before I go there! I'll admit sometimes I dream about Disney when I don't even have a trip planned but that's one of the first signs for me that I have to start planning a new one!

Jake has his final two weeks of school, so he should stay pretty busy. I need to get all of our last minute things together. Let's hope they fly by!

LOL Kimmy I have the Disney dreams too before I go there! I'll admit sometimes I dream about Disney when I don't even have a trip planned but that's one of the first signs for me that I have to start planning a new one!

Lol yeah I have some crazy Disney dreams! They have been almost nightly lately. I love it though...it's the only way I can be there without being there!!

Good morning all and happy Sunday!!

Landon and I are enjoying some delicious Almond Joy Pancakes this morning! (I was inspired to re-create my own after having some on a trip to New Orleans earlier this year. Just add coconut and chocolate chips to your pancakes! I know that I would technically need an almond for these to be Almond Joy pancakes...but that just sounds more appealing than "Mounds Pancakes" lol so I'm leaving it!)

After having watched Toy Story 3 nearly every day since it came out on DVD last November, Landon has recently re-discovered the first two and is obsessed with them this weekend. He cracks me up when he watches movies. It was the part where we see Sid for the first time and Landon goes, "Look, Mommy! A happy child!" He's a goofball.

We are now officially down to 13 days, which is my favorite number!! Hooray! In less than 2 weeks, I will be embarking on the greatest trip EVA!! SO EXCITED!!!

Oh and I forgot to mention yesterday, I went crazy and bought Landon a TON of Disney shirts lol. After already having enough for probably every day in WDW! lol. Don't judge me...you know you all do similiar things!!

And I also got some John Frieda hair products for Disney! I got some of the Frizz-Ease stuff, some curl perfecting spray and some curl enhancing mousse! I'm excited to see how these help in the humidity!!

I have no advice on these products since my hair is super duper straight and NOT curly in the least bit. I want some curls!!
