As you know I have the post holiday blues, although they are easing a little. My opposite neigbour neighbour is setting off fireworks, so in an effort to recapture the magic I stood in the window and hummed the Illuminations music - it did not work, so I tried again by singing Wishes, unfortunately this does not work either !! I think I need to get a life :rotfl2: Ian now thinks I have lost the plot but has ofered to buy me the special offer fireworks from Asda for 4.00 pounds - he really knows how to spoil me !!

I am giving up now and just going to do a Mandy and concentrate on Christmas and planning next years trip.

Glad to know I'm not the only one! I switched out all the lights in the house so I could see the neighbours fireworks better and had my Illuminations CD playing in the background - it also didn't work for me. :rotfl2:

It was worth a try I suppose!

Oh bless you, I stood there on Saturday night at DD's school watching the fireworks, and just glum with it all. DD looked up and said "Its just not Disneyworld is it Mum?" :teeth: She understands too...

it is lovely so see you back on the boards a bit more Claire, are you getting over the Disney Blues a bit

I'm doing my best, but its hard when you just don't know when you're going to get back. At this rate it'll be 2009!! :bounce: Anyway, thanks for your kind words Jules,

Actually when I want a reminder of WDW I wrap the cat in fairy lights and sing the spectromagic song :rotfl2:

LOL Carol you are a scream, I will have to try that on Coco tonight
