Just thought I'd let you know. . .Update on the Band trip!

I finally finished planning and arranging the band trip! Woohoo--I actually have some time to be on the boards now.

Everything turned out spectacularly! While the band was denied a performance slot , they are going to be able to slip into a clinic. Since they are doing a clinic, the band/chaperones qualified for the heavily discounted 4 day hoppers with 1 plus feature.

I was also able to wrangle an Illuminations Dinner on the patio just over the International Gateway bridge! For anyone who is interested, this catered buffet is about the same cost as some of the dessert parties. The chaperones voted for the Italian buffet and I'm just hoping there is no rain on the day of their dinner!

The best part--the cost is a bit less than the package previously arranged by the other guy! Also, they are now ON PROPERTY and not at the Ramada Inn in who knows where?

Just thought I'd let you know that it all worked out very well--the Pixie Dust (and a bit of divine intervention) saved the day!
