Just spoke with a Dining CM who seemed unaware of onsite +10

I called to book HDDR and she told me in no uncertain terms I could not book anything after October 25, despite my onsite reservation confirmation number (no split stay, check in on 10/25, just a normal reservation). I asked her to give it try (nicely) to see if it would go through and it did, of course. She was, like, "How nice for you, some pixie dust." as if I was getting something special, LOL.

If you think you are eligible for +10 and you have to call, be nice but persistent because there seems to be some training gaps.

I find that most of the time the people on the chat thing have no clue what they are talking about. I think there are huge training gaps. Glad you got your reservations

Not acceptable in any circumstance. That is one of the basic premises anyone taking calls for dining reservations needs to know.
