Just so pleased with my ADRs at this point that I have to post

I made my ADRs back at the 180 day mark and left them for a couple of months. Then, in the end of August, I started tweaking. Not too many tweaks, but a few vital ones. Unfortunately, I missed the opening of BOG ressies because I was on vacay and by the time I realised they were open, there were none left for our travel period. That said, I am hopeful that I can snap one up between now and the time we travel.

So understanding "us" is vital to the understanding of these crazy ADRs. I have a 5-year old daughter who is a tiny bit into princesses, not obsessed by any means, but loves Belle and Merida like the sisters she doesn't have. I have a nearly-3-year old son who loves dinosaurs. Both kids love the movies with animals (Winnie the Pooh crew, Lilo & Stitch, Lion King, etc.). Then there is my husband and I who love good food....I am of Italian descent and he is 1/2 British and 1/2 Chinese....we follow cultural lines pretty closely when it comes to food. :rotfl:

Dec 26
6:15pm - Rose & Crown

Dec 27
11:30am - Yak & Yeti
9:00pm - Tomorrowland Terraces Dessert Party

Dec 28
12:30pm - T-Rex

Dec 30
12:00pm - Crystal Palace (Dad & DS go here while DD & I go to BBB)
Dinner (hoping to pop a BOG res in here)

Dec 31
5:05pm - Akershus

Jan 1
8:45am - 'Ohana
6:00pm - Tony's Town Square

Any suggestions from the pros? We are planning to be out of the parks on Dec 29 and Jan 2 (and are flying in on the 25th and out on the 3rd).

I'm not a pro, but these look great! I struggled with whether or not to book Akershus, but went with Garden Grill instead because my 4yo DS loves Chip & Dale. :)

Have a fun trip!!

Looks great to me! I have been to Crystal Palace, Akershus & Tonys Town Square. We were pleased with all of them.

The only thing I see is the askerhaus dinner. My daughters did not like anything on the dinner menu. We switched to breakfast and they enjoyed that meal much more. I would look at the menu's and see if your family will like it.

I keep hoping to catch a Be our Guest for December. I tried early the morning they opened couldn't get through and then didn't call back until 1:00 and everything was gone for our entire week. Good Luck

I'll have to agree with this. We've been for lunch and breakfast and breakfast was a MUCH bigger hit than lunch.

I appreciate the advice. Anyone with food sensitivities had a successful meal at their buffet? My son can't eat much in the way of pastry and everything he eats is no-/low-sodium, so he typically needs things like eggs cooked individually and can't eat any processed meat.
We *love* breakfast and have heard good things about accommodations at Crystal Palace and 'Ohana, but I couldn't find much info on Akershus.
