Just sent my deposit to the Timeshare Store!!

Please keep your fingers crossed for me to pass ROFR. I just sent my signed contract and deposit check for a 50 point Old Key West resale to the Timeshare store. I've rented points twice and loved staying at DVC. I didn't want to finance anything so that is why I started small instead of doing the Sarstoga Springs F&F.

I'm so excited!!!

I'm sending my deposit in today. They told me we should close by the end of March? I hope that is realistic.

Having just passed ROFR on this past Monday, I can attest that the waiting is the worst. We passed on a smaller contract (86 points), so they are not ROFR'ing everything under 150. I wish you lots of luck.
