What a great movie with a great story to tell. Another modern classic. :)

Took my daughter and a friend of hers and they loved it, too. I loved the voices of the Rust-Eze sponsors for Lightning. Anyone who listens to NPR will know who they are and get a kick out of it. I was lmao! :)

Can't wait to see Cars on parade at MGM in a few weeks.

It's amazing how they took a bunch of cars and turned them into lovable personalities. Very, very creative movie - and one you could watch over and over and continue to see new details.

Definitely a must-buy when it's out on DVD. :thumbsup2

Ok, now I am officially the last person on Earth who has not seen Cars yet! :guilty:
Get thee to the theater!

:teeth:

I really do need to get thee to the theater...want to hear something even worse??? My kids are HUGE NASCAR fans!!!!! I know, I know, shame, shame on me! :guilty:

I found myself just swept up in the whole movie. The story itself, the animation, and the lesson it teaches are just wonderful

We all loved it too. My son is having a Cars birthday party tomorrow and I'm currently in the middle of making a Lightning McQueen shaped cake. I have the shape and he is iced red. Just in the fridge now awaiting final decorations.

We saw it while vacactioning in the Southwest. We were in the heart of canyonland and traveled some of Rt 66. It made Cars even cooler.

I am now inspired to see more of Rt. 66 and I want to see the movie again.

I took my 4 year old nephew to see it today. He really loves cars and motorcycles and is all about going FAST.
SPOILER, don't read if you didn't see it:

At the end where McQueen stops right before winning the race my nephew screams GO....when the other car passes him and wins, he then yells STUPIDHEAD! Sooooooooo funny. What I really thought was funny was how caught up he was in the movie.

I have seen it twice and each time I am wiping tears away at the ending.

We saw it today and I loved it!! Great movie.. I loved the part where Mater says "my name is Mater, like Tamater without the Ta" :lmao: This is a definite buy once it goes to dvd.. :thumbsup2

You may be the last person on earth that hasn't sseen it but I am one of the few that did not like it! A couple firends of mine felt the same way when they saw it with their kids..way to drawn out and boring.
