I love fresh blueberries and strawberries but they are very expensive so I try to do deliberate snacks along with lunch. For nutrition I supplement with frozen fruits in smoothies. The past few years I have been making a lot of smoothies we share in the blender for nutrition, 3 ripe bananas, an inch of milk, a handful of frozen blueberry, strawberry or mango, a few TBS of chobani vanilla yogurt and about 1/3 cup crushed ice. It's fantastic for aging fruit, lately I have been using older looking strawberries (you know how they sort of wilt after 3 days) with juice from an aging orange (love my $15 Elite Gourmet juicer from amazon) and it ends up tasting better than the best orange julius.

The cost of berries is really up there these days.
