We just got back from an 8 day trip to WDW @ the BC villas! We walked on to every ride every day (except for Saturday) with the exception of Peter Pan. Sat 9/27 we had to wait in 10 min. lines--no problem! 90 degrees everyday--sunny! Only had rain for about 20 minutes on Monday and again Wed. afternoon but we were at Blizzard Beach so it did not matter. A 10 minute DOWNPOUR happened on Sat 9/27 but we were lucky enough to be eating lunch indoors at Cosmic Ray's.
The bcv were AWSOME! It was our first time. We had a 1 br suite with 2 balconies and a great view of the Epcot fireworks. (room 420 in the villas).
I was ill-impressed with the service atBeaches n' Cream! The so-called fast food take-out line was rediculous! On Saturday for lunch I waited 15 minutes for 2 burgers, a hot dog and a grilled cheese!! (There was only 1 person ahead of me in line!) The girl taking my order was on the verge of being rude as well. When we sat and dined-in on Sunday (lunch), our server was friendly but SLOW! Couldn't seem to remember anything we asked him for (extra napkins, soda refills, etc.) Our chicken sandwiches and the soup were very good and the "no-way Jose" was FANTASTIC (fudge and peanut butter sundae). All-in-all Service was a D- and food was a B.
We had the BEST bus driver on our way to Magic Kingdom one morning. Her name was Zorida and she made every one sing and laugh first thing in the morning (a good-spirited lady without being obnoxious).
Can't wait till I can book our next trip.....November 2004!
