Just received my ressies and no mention....

I have just received my reservation via snailmail after booking on Jan 31st. I booked with the email I received for 40% room rate with FREE photo movie.
My resevations doesn't mention the DVD? I doesn't mention non-smoking (guaranteed) or preferred location? Are these things normal?

Anybody else have no mention of the Move DVD? How is checkin going to know to give to you without it being on your ressie? I want the photo movie!!!

I was wondering that too! I asked for nonsmoking and Cabanas 9B and neither of those things is listed on my reservation!

Room requests are not typically noted on the paper confirmation. They ARE however in the system.

As for the PhotoMovie -- I can't answer that piece.

My reservation doesn't even have the code / pin number on it? No mention of the photo movie etc...

Should I call them? The room rate of $49.00 is on it. My ressies took longer to receive then my passport!

What's the photo movie? I haven't heard of this, I just received my ressies and that is not mentioned. The sea raycer offer is an unexpected surprise!

I booked with 40% code as well and I have no mention of any extras no photo pass, sea racer ......nothing.

Mine doesn't say the nightly rate though, It says the code and total amount.
You have the 40% off code? I think that is what the movie Dvd comes with.
Maybe it depends the length of stay, code, resort.
Who knows how they do it.
I had 7 nights at Poly (package- not room only) and it showed the movie DVD,
I have just changed it to 3 nights still a package (I'm going to do a split stay with the free dining)
I don't know if I still get the movie thing because my conf. hasn't come in the mail yet.. I will let you know when it comes in

A room-only reservation is just that: Room Only. Nothing else.

This is part of the PIN code offer from a while back. Packages booked with the pin offers are coming through with the photo movie DVD on the reservation confirmation. Haven't had to deal with a RO and this promotion though.

I have a postcard on this and the postcard says that you have to enter the promotion code you're provided at check in in order to get the voucher for the free photo movie.

You might want to call CRO and see what they tell you will be provided regarding that photo movie when you check in.
