Just read....Connections will not be selling meal vouchers

I just read a post on the budget board that said Connections is discontinuing the meal vouchers. Has anyone else heard this? That poster said that they talked with a superviser about when would the vouchers with the new expiration dates be out and that is when they were told about discontinuing them.

It says "Important:List of Restaruants for meal vouchers" and it is fixed at the very top.

I hope this is not true. I love use the vouchers to prepay for most of our meals.

The way connections is..this prob belongs on the rumor board. No one there seems to know what is what.

If they do discontinue, I know I will be cancelling my membership. This is the only reason for me to keep it.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to order our vouchers for our May trip now just incase. I will have to rethink membership, too, if they take the vouchers away.

They are talking about the expiration date of the current vouchers. The date they expire is May 31, 2003 but i have read other posts of people receiving the new vouchers with a 2004 expiration date.

I posted this "rumor" in the first place. That is what the Connections operator told me. After reading several other posts since then and seeing that new vouchers being received that expire 5/4, I'd guess that the guy I talked to...like many at Connections...just doesn't know what he's talking about. So, as usual, go ahead and order, with caution.
