Just put in my first offer for a small Vero Beach resale! Excited! I know dues are more but I see us going to Vero Beach every couple of years. Once I have an offer accepted I will buy some direct at Poly. But I am wondering, am I going to have to buy 100 points if I want to buy before my sale closes in a couple months?

I think min is 50 if you don't already own.

If you already own the min is 25.

I think it would be best to wait until your resale goes through and then purchase direct. I think it is,easier to combine the memberships once you have a member number. The direct purchase, from.what I have heard is a fairly quick process.

Congrats! I love the Florida Beaches! I have only been to Vero once and loved it! If you are already a member, the min. add on is 25 points. I agree with Kniguy that I would wait for resale to be completed and then add on.

That is correct. If you are just looking for the member card, you can add on at SSR for 25 points at $140 per point. Just insist that this is what you want

I'd wait so you can be sure they're all combined into one master. If you decide to proceed, get it in writing they'll be combined.
