Just purchased resale points...any tricks or phone numbers for Disney to do the transfer asap?

We purchased resale and Disney just needs to add the points to our dashboard. Has anyone had luck nudging Disney along? We would love to use the 2023 points in May and the Disney Accounting office is saying they are closed.

Use the chat feature and ask to have the points loaded. Be sure to add that you're trying to use your points now, and it's not just because you want to see them. Also, I wouldn't try to get them loaded the day your account sets up, or even the day the contract appears on your dashboard. Member Administration sets up the account, adds the contract to the account, and assigns the points, but Member Services does the provisioning of points into the account (after MA has freed them up and allocated them). Member Services is who you speak to when you call or use the chat feature. It usually takes at least 24 -48 hours for Member Services to have access to the points to provision the account. I've had luck after 24 hours on 2 of 7 occasions.

We can check on Vacation Points, however, we cannot check or expedite the adding of a contract.

That can take 6 - 8 weeks for processing, however, if you do see it has been added on the membership, that contract, we can then check on the status for the Vacation Points.

That is correct. As I said, MS can check on the status of points, but only after the account is set up and the contract is showing on your dashboard. Even then, it is best to wait 24-48 hours to get on chat to see about getting the points added.

If the contract isn't even showing on your dashboard, there's very little you can do to expedite that part of the process (some people have allegedly reached out to MA and had this done, but I'm a bit skeptical). Is the contract showing on your dashboard?

no, the contract isn't showing up yet, so I suppose I am a bit early. As soon as I see it I will do as you suggested. Thanks so much!
