Just Ordered Cinderella White Choc. Slipper Dessert!

Wow! When I called, I got right through to a HUMAN! He was soooooooooo nice! I ordered 3 slippers for our tea on July 30th. He took CC info in case we are a no show, but the card won't be charged.

I am SO thrilled over this! Like a kid in a candy store.

Now I'm thinking about ordering a mini wedding cake for my DH when we dine at Victoria and Albert's - but do you think that would be too much? Although their white chocolate filling is to die for! I might just go ahead and order that too!

What do you think!? We are dining there for our 5 year anniversary....hmmmmmm, I'm tempted.

Who did you call to set this up? I recently ordered a mini wedding cake for our 10 year and the person who took the order didn't seem too knowledgable, so I am a little concerned. This is a BIG surprise for my husband as our wedding cake was chocolate and I can't eat chocolate, so I am trying to right a wrong. I would like to call back and double confirm things.

The number I called (which I don't have with my - sorry!) went directly to 1900 Park Fare. The CM i spoke to seemed VERY knowledgable about the white chocolate Cinderella slipper dessert. I actually got right through on this number - no voicemails, no passing around. He knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't order the cake, though.

If you do a search for "Cinderella's White Choc. Slipper" you will find my original post about this and someone supplied me with the phone number. That's the one I used. I actually think "CamColt" gave me the number.

Yes, you can order the mini-wedding cake for any GF restaurant, just like the slipper.

No, you do not have to preorder at CRT as it's on their menu now for the 18 month celebration.

Yes, that number was 407 824-2978. We had called the main line, got transferred and left a message. They called us back and left a message...we called back...they called back and finally left us this number on our machine. It seems to be the direct line because when we called it we got right through to a person.

No, not that I know of. It's made at the GF bakery. I don't think they deliver. It was featured on the Food Network during a Disney Wedding of someone on the DIS!!

But you could always call and ask.

I am wanting a wedding cake too. We will be at WDW for our 7th anniversary. Our wedding cake was messed up too. It would be a nice surprise for him. But, I have no plans to go to GF. I think I might call my resort and ask them if they know of anyplace that will deliver one. Can't hurt to ask.

We were staying at the Polynesian for our anniversary and all I did was at checkin I ask the CM who was taking care of us that I would like a small wedding cake delivered to us at O'Hana's that night. When we got there and after we ate our dinner our waiter had the hold place sing Happy Anniversary to us and delivered our anniversary cake. It was beautiful with a white chocolate Mickey and Minnie cake topper on it.

That is great, we are planning on eating at O'Hana's on our day at MK. Did it look like a wedding cake? We are not staying at the Poly but do you think if I called them a week or so ahead of time they could have this for our dinner there?

GF bakery does not make the dark chocolate slipper. The only place I've seen the dark chocolate slipper is in the photo advertising the 50th celebration desserts that will be offered and the dark chocolate slipper was going to be offered at the Castle for dinner but so far everyone has reported that they are white chocolate.
