Zika concerns. If you have any concerns about zika, at each port stop, DCL had a table set up with plenty of free insect/mosquito repellent (can't recall the specific brand). We stopped in Key West, Grand Cayman, Cozumel (went to mainland Mexico for our excursion), and Castaway Cay...and we never saw a mosquito during our visit.

I was on the same sailing with you same experience in all the ports, not one mosquito as far as I saw.
