Hi! I am new to the board also. We can be newbies together. I see that you are taking your 11 month old son to Disney. Well Congrats! You will have a great time. I was in WDW in January with my 9 month old son at the time. Here's a tip for you. WDW has great Baby Stations. Each park has a facility which has Disney staffers on hand. There are nice padded changing tables, a room for nursing, a room with a TV for older children in your party, etc. This made it so nice when we had to change Avery's diaper or feed him or just get a break from the heat. The staff were so incredibly nice.

Also, when you get to your hotel, make sure you tell them it is your first time visiting (or your son's first time) and they will give you a pin that reads "First Disney Trip". It is a nice keep sake souvenir.

I'm brand new to this site. Where do I go to put in my personal profile? Also, how can get one of those cute Disney pictures under my name or post my own photo? I registered my "log In" name and password the other day, but I never got around to putting in a profile. Now I can't seem to get back to that point.

Thanks! That picture is of my 15 month old son, Avery Elvis. Can you tell that me and his Dad are huge music lovers? (Ha Ha). Avery has already been to Disney once and we can't wait to go back. My husband and I always go to Disney in January because the crowds are low and the weather is great. I told him the other day that when Avery grows up we will probably need to change our vacation schedule to the summer, because we shouldn't take him out of school. Boy, that didn't go over to well with the hubby. (Ha Ha) Thanks goodness we have several more years before we need to readdress the issue.

We are thinking about going again in December 2009 right before Christmas. This use to be a low attendence time, but now I'm hearing that Disney is starting to be crowded during that time of year. Anyone know if this is true? we are thinking the first week of December.

December is a high traffic time because of all the special things they do for the Christmas time. Just try not to go while school is out.
