So someone from internet support said that when we changed our hotel last week(only because the food court at ASMu will be closed) it was cancelled and rebooked instead of modified. And that we had to link our FP to the new ressie by midnight and we didn't do that... Because we had no idea that it needed to be done!!! He told me to rebook what I could and then call guest services to help me get toe harder ones that I had...Elsa/Anna, wishes, etc. soooooooo guest services practically laughed at me. She told me to try guest services when I get to the park. NOT!!!I made her get a supervisor who told me that she would try to help me and will call me back this afternoon. Still waiting......,. So frustrated
