It was driving me crazy they kept calling it a carrot cake sandwich...it's a carrot cake cookie (yes, it is a cookie sandwich, but that's not what it's called)

I stopped by the new bakery in my area and got a couple of cupcakes. Carrot cake for one and chocolate for the other. Yum.

You can buy them at AK in one of he stands on the walkway from ITTBAB going toward Asia. They are sold at the stand in front of American Adventure, I think it is called Fife and Drum.

Thanks, Ak is our favorite park so that works well. Dh and I like this type of snack over sweet so we will check this out on our next trip.

We're definitely trying the Somerfest pretzel trick next time. We always stop for beer and pretzels but always just go to the outside kiosk.

DH and I have been enjoying the pretzels from Sommerfest for years. We each get a pretzel and a side order of sauerkraut. It's one of our favorite (and cheapest) meals in the World!

The carrot cake cookie sandwich is wonderful. The frosting in the middle is cream cheese frosting.

Has anyone tried The King Cupcake from the Pop Century? I was just there and didn't get one. Now I regret it.
