...that you have been put in charge of your own department in the Disney empire.
Your job description is that you are to be responsible for changing one thing in each of the parks, every year, so that there is always something new and fresh for the repeat visitors.
However you can only make changes to existing attractions - not build new ones.

Here's what I would do - for the first year anyway.

Magic Kingdom - change the music on It's A Small World

Epcot - put a new video in Soarin'

Hollywood Studios - give the Great Movie Ride a new storyline

Animal Kingdom - get rid of the kidnapped elephant story on the Safari and replace it with something new (I don't know what - but that's why I would have a team of Imagineers )

I'm going to update some parks that I'm more familiar with if that's OK (DLRP and DLR):

Disneyland - get rid of the POTC movie characters from POTC

California Adventure - similar to above - a new, better "joined" movie into soarin'

DLP - re-track space mountain. It's my favourite ride but it's quite rough.

Paris Studios - new drop program into TOT

Finally - I'd also fire the guy in charge of MK because his decision to change the music on IASW means loyal fans have been protesting ever since

MK - BTMRR, pretty much change it to the same one as DLRP, for a bit more 'thrill'!

Epcot - Test Track, when it rains have some sort of cover that can be put up over the outdoor part automatically so it doesn't have to be closed / fix whatever it is that makes it break down so much. If it could be open a bit more than it is i reckon that would be novelty enough for returning visitors.

HS - The Tram Ride, new props / new section like catastrophe canyon, so theres something else 'there'

AK - KRR, a bit more to it

I would scrap the current kids menu and offer smaller portions of the adult menus

I would also introduce a boys themed character meal...possibly at Liberty tree tavern and involving the toy story chracters

I would change ~

Magic Kingdom Indy 500, change the cars to Lightning McQueen, Mater etc

Epcot Soarin', change the film to flying over WDW, Vero Beach and finally Castaway Cay

Hollywood Studios get rid of the Playhouse Disney meal and bring in a Pixar character based meal

Animal Kingdom Just get rid of that awful Dino-rama

MK - change the Stich ride back to the Alien one, sooo much better

Epcot - instead of just having one film on Soarin I would make several and would randomly change them so that when you ride you might see a different one each time.

Hollywood Studios - update Indianna Jones, I love the show but its been the same for years now.

AK - I would extend Kali River Rapids as it is too short, the year after I would get rid of the Dino fairground rides which are ridiculously out of place!

AK - I too would defo lose the fairground rides just doesnt work and It needs another big ride !!

EPcot - Change sooring so you cant see peoples feet dangling - really spoils it !!!

Epcot: Bring back the original Journey into Imagination ride with Figment and Dreamfinder

Animal Kingdom: Get rid of the whole of Dinoland USA and replace it with it with Beastly Kingdome

I'm not surprised - it's a great ride, but the video is very disjointed and feels a little "proof of concept". I guess it's also not truly relevant in Florida either

MK - Change It's A Small World Altogether. Even thinking about that ride scares me to be honest

Epcot - New Vid In Soarin, perhaps incorparate different countries or even just fly over disney world. New Vid Every Month perhaps?

HS - Re-Do Great Movie Ride to more modern films in the past 20 years? -

Animal Kingdom - Re-theme dino-rama. Perhaps add a thrill ride, or a spinball wizzer(alton towers) type ride if we're short on space.

Epcot - Soaring would have a new video an UP theme for the first year Squirrel!!! lol

Hollywood Studios would be called MGM again American Idol would be gone and Fantasmic would be back to every night

Animal Kingdom - the pre loading video on dinosaur wouldnt be there
